Fly with the original flightseeing company in Denali for a thrilling and inspiring flight around the highest point in North America.

Of all the flight tours in Alaska, this one provides the best and most comprehensive views of Denali (formerly Mt. McKinley). Each flight path is unique on these Denali tours. Weather permitting, each tour will take you on a stunning 200-mile flight up to, around, and within 1/2 miles of Denali.  Our clients often recall, “I felt like I could reach out and touch it!”  From takeoff to landing, the breathtaking views will have you on the edge of your seat.

Our company has been operating flightseeing tours to Denali for more than 40 years.  Highly experienced pilots, averaging over 10,000 hours in flight time will use their skills and knowledge to guide you to the best views in Denali.  Aircraft depart from a private airstrip in the middle of the Alaska Range – NOT Talkeetna, and NOT Healy. This special departure point allows for easy access to both sides of the range, as flights can meander back and forth along the spine to allow for better visibility. All seats are window seats on a twin-engine, Piper Navajo and Chieftain aircraft that seat six and eight passengers, respectively. The entire flight is professionally narrated (pre-recorded, pilot supplemented) via individual one-way headsets.  Experience 60-70 minutes of flight time; optional shuttle transport is approximately 15 minutes each way for your Denali flight.

You’ll See: braided rivers, wildly colorful ridgelines, and velvety tundra-covered valleys as you climb towards pristine snow-covered peaks and tumbling icefalls en route to the Mountain. As you near Denali, you will thread between snowy alpine peaks, such as Mount Mather, Silverthrone and Mount Huntington. You’ll be flying at an optimal altitude that will give you the best perspective of the sheer size of the mountains of the Denali Massif.
